Basil Plant : Ok - I'll admit it - I've reached a new height of picture oddness by taking photos of the plant... my one regret is that I didn't take any when I planted the little starts the week before memorial day. However, I happened to shoot a photo of it last week, and when I saw how much it had grown in just on week, the scientist in me needed to start a time series. I hope to remember to take a photo every Wednesday throughout the summer... the Chronicles of the Basil - 2008 edition. Addendum - the every Wed. thing is proving to be a bit too much - and now the chronicles include some of the major harvests (though the minor ones go undocumented - I guess I'm not such a great pesto journalist ;)
